Just tried to assemble one of these and came across a problem. One of the hexagonal nuts (m10) to attach the backrest to the base is completely smooth, as in it has no thread! It is unusable.
I've heard of some issues with vertagear chairs with nuts and bolts being a bit tight but this is ridiculous.
Any one know how easy it is to get spares or is it an RMA job? (which seems excessive as the nut is easily removable).
