Vertagear Triiger 350

I have just received this and am very pleased with it bar one thing, my chair has some poor stitching on one side of the seat pad that is very uneven compared to the opposite side. Any one else with this chair have a similar issue?

I bought one of these a few months back and it had a similar issue, but at the front lip. It was digging into my leg when sitting down. A few said the same thing as above^ They all said it was a common issue. For a £800 chair this shouldn't even happen. It got worse so decided to send it back and bought a second hand herman miller aeron instead. Best thing I ever did. I saved £500 as well
