VERTEX 4 safe boot time in safe and normal boot mode ?

I have noticed using ATTO test on my OCZ Vertex 4 SSD in both safe mode and normal fully booted windows 7 (x64) mode that there are quite a big difference in the results of the tests, how is that ?

Is that normal or what, anyone know and know why thanks ? ;)

please see the screen shots here for both, top one is safe mode and bottom one is fully booted mode.

I would have thought possibly that in safe mode it would be a lot faster than normal fully booted mode but seemingly not by the looks of it, the readings are all over the place as you can see, hmmmm :confused:
