vertical decking

hi, a bit help needed. I've recently built a deck out the rear of my house and built it to spec below the damp course. I would like to co tinge the decking vertically up my rear wall to cover up the brickwork and possibly install housing for an outdoor tv. is it ok to either screw decking direct or on a frame vertically above the damp course of a house wall. many thanks. any help would be greatly appreciated

Fix 3 batterns to the wall (top,middle and the bottom one above the dpm). This would be the easiest, if you want an outdoor tv enclosure you would have to make the frame for the enclosure aswell.
