Vertical stand for 2 x 34" widescreen

Guys

I've been looking around for a vertical stand (2 monitors on top of each other) that will hold 2 x 34" wide screen monitors and am having trouble finding one.

Height is an issue and to a lesser extent is weight, they're about 10KG each.

Cost is also an issue to a certain degree. I have found some industrial type stands but they're in the £300-£500 range and as I need 3 that would be crazy money. Cheaper to get somebody to build them, they just need to work, not look fancy.

Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

Is wall mounting an option?

The bay has loads of them but they appear to be mainly for up to 27". Are your monitors 21x9 or 16x9? That may allow you to use a stand designed for a 27" 16/9 as the vertical size is pretty much identical to a 34" 21x9

21:9 and the rough size is 900m (w) x 520m (h).

No wall mounting is not an option. I would like the stands to clamp onto the desk as well.

Yep, can see all of those stands on eBay, they will probably work but weight might be an issue, 20kg-25Kg for the 2 monitors.

Maybe a good tactic would be to order 1 from eBay, try it out and if no good send it back.

Some of them look quite chunky and you would hope they were strong enough. I would do what you are suggesting and give one a go.

I think the way to do it is buy an extra long pole (1m) and then the mounts separately.

Nobody seems to be selling both together at a reasonable cost.
