I’m after the very best gaming laptop with the very latest specs I want the very best picture qualityI want to squeeze out the very best in pc gaming visualsI want the ultimate graphics visuals in the very latest pc games the match made in heaven gaming laptop I want to use the gaming laptop that you recommend on the lg g4 oled tv

also I want the very best latest spec gaming hdmi cable to squeeze out the very best picture quality gaming visuals between the gaming laptop you recommend and the lg g4 oled tv
 
HDMI cable wont improve image quality. A bad cable will lead to loss of picture or other bugs, but a good one won't look better. It's digital it works or it doesn't.

The same goes for PC spec - it won't really affect image quality, just higher resolutions and higher frame rates if you get a higher spec graphics card.

If you insist on using a laptop instead of a PC then you will have to pay a lot more for the same performance, and a PC will still outperform laptops at the very top end (multiple thousands of pounds).

The G4 can run up to 144Hz at 4k, so I would start there - look for a computer that is likely to maintain 60 frames per second or 120, and start there.

budget for the laptop doesnt matter

and also the perfect monitor doesn't have to be 49 inches for the laptop as well

if you're getting these many monitors, do you really need a laptop?
unless you need the "portability" of course...
if you don't need the portability, you'd find you'd get better value and performance from a desktop
 
Very best as in absolute tip top with all the trimmings is probably the hilariously overpriced MSI Titan Dragon Edition Norse Myth. i9 285Hz, 96GB RAM(!), 6TB Storage and a RTX 5090 Laptop GPU. It doesn't really do anything better than any other flagship 5090 equipped laptop and doesn't have the X3D chip from AMD (on that note why do AMD have so few high end "wins" when looking at the top end?!).

It does have a party trick of making ASUS laptops look cheap by comparison so......

Yours for "only" a little over £6k..

And for all that it’s not gsync. It’s dead on arrival. I much prefer the Asus
