Just wondering how exactly their spreading of cost service works, since when I was completing my transaction I didn't get any option to do so. It just forced me to pay the lump sum on a purchase of over £300 (Also made an account to be able to get this service).

Just had a quick scan of their website, suggests it’s not available on all products.

Did you actually choose to open a credit account?

Opening an account isn’t enough, you need to apply for credit, decision is instant.
