Well, I think this is my very, very final build. Can't see too many faults with it - here goes:

- Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - OEM - £156.98

- Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560Ti OC 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card - £173.99 (on offer at the time)

- MSI P67A-GD53 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard - (Sandybridge) ** B3 REVISION ** - £114.98

- Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 850W V2 High Performance '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply - £109.99

- Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit - £31.19

- Zalman Z9 Plus Tower Case with Fan Controller - Black - £44.99

- Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB - £42

- Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 Pro Extreme Performance CPU Cooler (Socket LGA775/1155/1156/1366/AM3/AM2+/AM2) - £24.98

- OcUK 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM - £14.99

- Iiyama ProLite E2208HDD 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Black - £107.99

- Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-Bit - OEM - £79.99

- Logitech MX518 Gaming-Grade Optical Mouse - £24.98

- Antec Tri-Cool 3-Speed 120mm Fan - Black - £2.99

TOTAL: £930.04

Need a keyboard too. Would appreciate anywhere the price could be cut down, preferrably below £900.

Thanks.

Looks very nice.

The only change I would make is to replace the pushpin ACF13 cooler with the titan fenrir evo. Better cooling and better mounting.

One change you may want to consider to save a few pennies is change the PSU to the XFX Pro 850W Core. This is another seasonic design and gets good reviews.

You could also save a few quid going for the MSI P67A-G45 board which like the GD53 also supports SLI and Crossfire at x8/x8 speeds - though has a few less connectors and the SLI support is "unofficial" but very much working.

Thanks, I will replace the cooler. I was originally going to get the motherboard with a free CPU cooler until I realised I could get a better quality cooler for less!

Is XFX a good brand? I have heard good things about Seasonic but people usually recommend Seasonic, Corsair or Enemax - although I don't think it would make any difference if they are all made by Seasonic, would it?

I think I will go with that mobo too :D

Cheers, will go with the XFX then :D

I think that's the build done - can't really improve it much without going over budget now. It looks set for the future too, if I ever want to upgrade anything, and I'm hopinh Ivy Bridge will be good to go too fingers crossed.
