What heatsink are you using? 19c is still pretty good for a 3GHz idle. I'm in the 25-30s idling :| (cores)

At 3Ghz mine does around 19 degrees aswell. When upping to 3.2Ghz with 1.525v it does like 25 - 30 idle so yours could be right I guess
