Does the latest Ubuntu live CD include GParted or something similar?

Maybe, if not GParted Live cd definitely does.

Thanks for the reply but I should have specified my reason for asking. I need to be able to format and partition a HDD and transfer files between two ext3 formatted drives. For the sake of simplicity, I wanted a live CD that would be capable of doing both tasks.

The Ubuntu live disks have a certain number of hard drive tools... I image exactly what they can do is on the Ubuntu website.

I couldn't find anything on the Ubuntu website that specified exactly what was included with the Live CD.

Parted Magic might be a better option
