As the title says, I have a very strange sound bug. It's a minor one that I can easily live with if I have to, but I'm curious as to what is causing the bug. I have a Logitech G27 steering wheel with pedals that can realistically only be kept where i normally rest my feet. If the G27 has power going to it but the USB of the G27 is unplugged then, whenever I am touching the pedals (or any other metal part of the wheel) even if I have socks on, then my headphones will make a low buzzing noise. If I plug the G27s USB into the computer then the sound will go away.
Normally this wouldn't be a problem because 99% of the time I can have the G27's USB plugged into the computer, however, when I play assassins creed 4 the G27 has to be unplugged because it causes a bug in the menus that is the equivalent of someone pressing the down arrow constantly, making the game pretty much unplayable.
As I said, its not a major bug, but if anyone has any idea why this is happening and how to stop it I would be very interested
