Very old "magic"? game.

Hey.
I am looking once again for a PC game.
I remember it was on CD with some newspaper

The game was in magic world. You had to fly on broom and water the fire, and kill the witches.. It was like a little boy flying on broom. It's not a Harry Potter.

The game had a bar at the bottom of screen with spells that you've unlocked.

The only game I ever played where you flew on a broom was Cauldron. Doesn't really fit your description, but there are witches, and it is really old!

Well it's not that old! Harry Potter games were out when I had this.
But not any of those
