He is. The sidewall is quite high and flexes a lot - it "stores" the energy upon launch to avoid wheelspin.
Its very impressive though!

I just spent the best part of 15 minutes wondering why the HELL I couldnt find my post in that thread. Then I came back here and saw I had posted in this thread and wondered wtf I had posted.
