Very quick Photoshop request (icon)

I can't seem to find any tools on my work mac that can do this, so here goes. Can some kind soul make the white-ish background on this completely white please? And sort out my bodged attempt that seems to have turned into a black box rather than transparency

I just need the icon on a white background.
