Very quick PHP question

How do I print <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

in to my source without it being parsed by PHP?

Turn short tags off. They should always been turned off anyway.

Either that or print it through PHP, although the above mentioned method is much more logical and tidy
