Very Quiet - Fully Modular PSU

Hi
Im looking for a very quiet, fully modular PSU - in the 500-600w range. I was looking at the Seasonic fanless ones but then realised that it wouldn't work in a prodigy.

Any suggestions?

It needs to have the top of the PSU open to the air. Having the MB tray directly above would block the heat too much dont you think?

Does the prodigy have vents in the bottom? - so you could mount the psu so the vents are facing to the bottom of the case so the heat is dissipated straight out.

The seasonic fanless relies purely on convection and since heat rises turning it upside down wouldnt be good (my old physics teacher would kill me for saying heat rises!)

Doing some googling there are people that have used the fan less seasonic and in far more demanding systems than what im planning. Think I should be able to get away with it.
