Very simple news posting script

Ages ago I used a script to post some news on one of my websites. It had a web-interface for posting and all it done was output the news into a text file so you can include that text file into your website. As you might have guessed I cant remember the name of it anymore

All I need to do is;

Post news to a text file so I can include it in this format:

NEWS TITLE - Posted by %username% on %date%
Horizontal Line/<hr>?

News here

And thats it! If anyone can suggest a little program that will do that then I would be most greatful!

czarnews puts it into a news.php file and you just use a php include on your news page. has a admin section
