Can anyone spot any issues? I just need a straight answer. I feel like my head is going to blow up with all the components out there.

What will be the primary use of this PC?

Looks alright, except for a couple of issues.

The case seems fairly small, and I'd hesitate to say that a good graphics card will fit in it- the 6870 is 9" long, and I don't think your case will accommodate that. The network card may also be an issue, dependant on layout.

Also, you've gone with an H67 (no overclocking) chipset with an OEM heatsink (basically no overclocking and lovely heat problems) and a K-series (overclocking enabled) processor. Is there some greater wisdom behind this?

To round it off, if this system is designed as an HTPC, you've spent vastly more than you need to.

Hope this helps.

Yea...should change the H67 chipset board to either a P67 or Z68 chipset board.

Also, instead of the Seagate 1TB HDD, I would recommend getting the Samsung F3 1TB instead.
