Very slight position change between pages

Been scratching my head over this one for a while, and I can't see to come up with something that works.

If you go to here, you can see that there is a very slight change of the content position between the home page and the partnership page.
What is causing this?

Scrollbar required on the partnership page pushes it over?

edit: FYI, I used 'overflow:scroll' on the body css tag to ensure the scroll bar was present throughout the site. Hope that helps someone in future.
