Hey guys

My bios is running really slowly during boot

The Problem starts when the bios is reading my 4gb of memory it is very slow
Then when It reads the hard drives that I slow too

When I press del n go into it
The time on the bios Ie seconds go up by 4 second increments instead of live 1 second increments

Doesn't appear to be over heating

The problem all started on Friday when my ssd drive just went dead
It now doesn't work as the bios does not pick it up. I'm going to try the drive on another machine

Anyway I'm not used to Bios problems but what should I do about it?

I'm going to

mmm just reset to default values in the bios

and that asus screen (you know fancy logo)

has taken like FOREVER to disappear
it is all so slow.

graphics related? mmm ive not touched nething inside the pc tbh

just reaseated memory
removed all hard drives

no luck same problem

going to attempt to move to a new bios version or older....
this is going to be so slow

go back to basics if i were you.

unplug everything besides graphics/cpu/memory (1 stick for now)

Try again.

If the problem persists, try another older graphics card if you have one.

son on a b****

looks like it might be either cordless mouse adapter
or the wireless stick i had to use in linux
gosh all that comotion!

It's as dead as a dodo the sad that is

Damn

It's a samsung ssd quite rare to find it
I got it from far east

Looks like it is time to get a new drive

Btw the bios is ok nw it's Just the pc freezes when I am logged into ubuntu
Damn problem after problem I don't think it is overheating though

Any ideas?
