very strange buzz

This is a weird one, when I go onto the website http://www.trackitdown.net/, when the playlist thing comes up on the right, everytime I scoll my mouse it follows to keep on-screen, but I keep hearing a short buzzing noise from my pc everytime I do it. It's definitely not coming from the speakers as I turned then off, it seems to come from something in my PC maybe the graphics card?

It's probably nothing to be worried about just curious what the noise is.

Maybe worth double checking your speakers....Iv got a really cheap ones at the mo & even when switched off they can some times make buzzing sounds

I'm 100% sure it's not the speakers, I even unplugged them. The side of the case is off and the noise is coming from inside the PC, and this is the only time I hear this noise. Maybe the hard drive or graphics card?
