It is temp saving the stream to the hard drive. So your running out of space.
 
What sidefxv1 means is that the Big Brother video that you were streaming was probably being cached to your hard drive, and so as more and more of it was cached to the hard drive, the less and less free space you had left. Which led to the Low Disk Space warning.
