Ive just removed my PSU from my comp and replaced with a HIPER R 580 W unit. Very simple operation done it many times but......
Now when I go into the bios and make changes the computer switches itself off as soon as I press "save changes and exit" and will not reboot as normal. Not only that it will not switch on at all. I have to turn off the power, turn back on then it will switch itself back on again when I press the power switch.
The next problem is the CPU is running at half speed even though the multipliers are correct in the bios (bus frequency 200, clock 11) Ive tried changing the bios but with no joy. Ideas would be appreciated. Ta.
