Hey guys. I'm a streamer over at Twitch and encountered a very strange problem after an XSplit crash.
My audio sounds perfectly fine through my earbuds/headphones/speakers through ALL jacks. However, in the sound mixer in Windows the audio levels are very low to being almost inaudible, despite sounding normal to me through earphones. I made a quick broadcast of the issue since viewers offered their help but nothing came through. (http://www.twitch.tv/ianan90/b/333098221 Example at 1.50)
I also use an Asus Xonar DX sound card but that doesn't seem to be the case as I have also tested this with the onboard sound devices. I have an Asus P8P67 Pro if it matters.
Things I've tried:
- Reformatting
- Testing other sound devices, exact same on them all
- Removing my sound card and formatted again
- Changing the sound quality (DVD, studio quality etc).
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've spent hours trying to fix this.
