VESA mounting a case

Hi all been looking at building a m-itx htpc, but ideally I'd like a case I can mount to the back of the TV, I like to minimise trailing cables and I move about a fair bit so kind of handy having it as one unit.
Nearly found the perfect case in the Jou Jye NU-526i as it allows me to fit 2 HDD and an optical aswell as having a VESA mount, but alas I've only just notice it doesn't have an expansion port so I would be unable to fit and internal TV card (relying on the zotac trinity mitx to be released for built in wifi) unless any one has any ideas to get round this?
So failing that I've been looking at the Antec ISK 310-150 as it seems to have similar dimensions along with all the bays and an expansion slot. Having little experience of modifying cases and not having physically handled this case I was wondering how feasible it would be to drill the base of the case and bodge a mount, would there be enough clearance under the motherboard for the bolt heads with out shorting it.

Any help and advice would be great.
