Veyron vs R1

On a note as said eariler I'm not sure that is an R1. Im sure the R1's redline is way lower than what is being hit by that bike. I reckon it is an R6 myself.

I think it actually is an R1, just checked on the Yammy site, and the rev counter looks right..

I'm afraid naughty yamaha are upto their old tricks, the bike's redline looks to be really high, it however can't actually get to the redline..

On a bike that can go 250+ mph and aslong as there aint any heavy side winds no problem lol, the Turbo busa is a Streetfighter LOL so i bet it could go faster faired, and GR powerwheelies at like 220-230ish so stability aint much of a prob

No i get what you mean lol, id get a veyron in a hearbeat if i could afford it lol (and £1mill in reserve for spare parts lol), but it comes down to the real life situation factor, 1 where the hell am i even going to get 200mph out of a veyron in the UK, 2 i would go through fuel daily and tires weekly, and any of the UK motorways u got traffics and they > veyron lol, BIKE, cheaper and depending on the bike mods the same thrill as you would in the veyron, duel weekly if you dont go mad, tires once twice a year again depending on how you ride, and bike > traffic

but the danger factor > bikes lol but any biker would say if they thought about the odds etc we wudnt ride.

It can with a Kit ECU...

if i liked a R1(honda man myself) i could get one, not so with the Veyron.

though the gears i would think it will , it my not in top if the gearing is to high.
my 11 year old cbr600 revs to 13.500 rpm and it will go to that in top, so the R1 must have a very high 6th gear if it wont hit the redline

I think he means the rev limiter kicks in before the red line

It saw over 250 from memory, but was stopped by a lack of room more than a lack of power.

Hell, my SV650 will outdrag a lot of sports cars, and it's a girl's bike

OI the sv650 is not a girls bike lol! yea and your right im restricted to 33bhp and ive only been beaten to 60 by nothing short of porches and other 30+ grand sports cars, oh and the occasional Scooby but i dont mind love the look of a nicely done scooby lol

Hehe yea, well so far everyone ive been out with owned an SV before they got their next bike up so nobody has mocked it yet, and ive even been called dangerous by a Gixer600 Rider for cornering quicker than him lols, only thing the SV stuggled with restriced it higher gears and 80+ lol then it dies :/ but de-restricted in 2 weeks and its going on the Dyno with some tweaks
