I have an 07 plate VFR800 which I love, its a great all-rounder, if a little slow compared to some of the competition. But now I'm eyeing up a 10 plate VFR12... Much drama about it on various bike forums. What do you think, bad idea? Any other recommendations I should look at before destroying by bank account?

Yeah, there are two versions. The one I'm looking at is a standard manual version.
I saw a youtube video of that mod, a while ago now. It looked crazy, good fun actually. But the VFR800 clutch didn't cope with it very well. Nah, I'd rather get a bigger bike than a bolt on supercharger.
