VGA cable

How long is the vga cable ? Wouldnt mind getting one but not sure if it will stretch to the monitor.

8ft, thats longer than the normal lead aint it? And to get it working i just need to use the Line In on my sound card?

What one are people using? And anyone got a pic of the thing i need (convetor) to the line in as i may try and get 1 later from tescos or summink

Does it come with the offical one? Thought i remember people saying it didnt but looking at tesco site for one it says it comes with Y audio adaptor thing
