vga cooler on its way out

i think my vga cooler(Arctic Cooling Rev.2 ATI 1 (9700/9800) VGA Silencer) is on its way out. the fan is becoming noisier . and i was wondering if anyone has used the -Vantec Iceberq 5 Premium VGA Cooling Kit as sold on ocuk? are these any good and quiet? and would they fit my current card(9800xt)?
any advice would be much appreciated.

I'd recommend the Zalman vf700/900, I have a 9800pro and it keeps it nice and quiet always on the 5 volt setting .
