Now this may seem like a stupid question, i warn you now lol.

A GT520 has VGA, DVI and HDMI and will support multiple monitors (2 max). My question is, will it be restricted to DVI + VGA or HDMI + VGA? Or will it be able to run DVI + HDMI.

It would be best to run multiple monitors using dual DVI or two HDMI cables for nView.

If you use a digital and an anologue (VGA) then you'll get flickering on the VGA display, but ideally you can use different digital connections.

Thanks for you replies.

The reason i ask is that i want a silent replacement for my 9600GT. I've currently got 2 monitors hooked up to it via DVI but i intend to replace it with a GT520 with a passive colling system. I'm currently looking at the ASUS Silent version, it has VGA, DVI and HDMI connections.
Do you think the GT520 will be up for the job? The most it will have to do ever is run W7 desktop with aero and maybe have a movie/video running on one of the them.
