Just to be clear, you mean a full cover water block for both the RAM and GPU that works with the reserator?

Nope, although put it 30 feet below your case and it might struggle a bit.

The manuals that come with the zalman risitor say that it should be the same level as your case. THey have a diagram showning that above or below are not good ideas.
