Not sure if this should be here or Video/HiFi but move if appropriate

I have an old card with VGA and Svideo.

I seem to be able to only use one at a time, and i cannot switch them without rebooting the machine with the other plugged in.

Is this right? It doesnt seem right to me, but it isnt working properly. The card is a Radeon 9200SE
 
You should be able to output both, my old radeon certainly did. There was an option in the ati control panel to enable both (a little on symbol next to the picture of the tv/monitor for each). Drivers have probably changed since then though. Mine was a 9600pro, not sure if it makes much difference.

If you don't have the latest drivers for the card, google your way to the amd/ati support site and find them.
