VGA Upgrade

Okay so it's 2013 and i'm still using a VGA adapter with my GPU. This has to change. I'm looking for a 1920x1080 resolution.

Ideal Features
- Matte screen and bezel
- Low input lag / no ghosting etc
- Vesa mount
- Good colour reproduction
- Size 22" - 24" (preferably a 23 or 24 though)
- max is around £150 (willing to spend abit more if it's "perfect")
