Does anyone have experience with the following product, or products of similar spec to this one?:

http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-86-49-en-70-4s4.html

The reason I ask is I am looking at a solution which will allow me to connect a Digi box to my monitor as well as my 360. I understand if I connected the 360 through this then it would be poor quality, however I would have the 360 connected directly to any monitor I purchased. I am more interested in this items uses for watching TV...is it an acceptable quality?

I am of the impression these were popular particular back on the PS2 etc?

Any help would be great,

Tom

It's an okay for watching TV / video through, but it's horrible quality generally for games I found. I have a similar one I used an Xbox 1 on a TFT, and it was very poor for games, but videos and movies looked perfectly fine going through it.

Thanks for the info, is it still in production/could you let me know what it is?

Email: [email protected] if easier.

An XRGB-3 it's the best converter out there, you can connect the digibox by scart and the 360 by component or vga.

It has composite/svideo/scart/component/vga/dvi in.

Or simply by a tv card for your pc and get the picture in perfect quality without messing around with cables.

Oh, it looks significanltly better through S-Video I just remembered, so if you have S-Video, it's the better connection to use.

2nded. I had an el cheapo TV card that I got for about a tenner and was running my Xbox through S-Video into my TFT via DScaler and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, much better than on the TV :)
