VHS tape to USB Pen Drive video conversion

Hi All

Whilst clearing out a cupboard at home I came across a VHS tape which myself and my twin brother as we were in Open University "One More Step" episode back in 1988, they did a 30 minute interview with us and our school friends on moving up into senior school

Been looking online for a company that provides this service but wanted to know if anyone had done this in the past and could point me in the right direction!

I've done this before. Using a sneaky method with Panasonic EZ VHS/DVD combi units. They key is it's a vhs deck with HDMI out. Then I used one of the £20 HDMI to usb adaptors. And Virtual dub to capture. Get pretty decent results. You could get all the kit for about £50-80. A company will transfer the tape for about £20 . I use a company in edinburgh for film and the odd VHS converions.
