My Roccat Kave headset has a vibrating feature, it's actually just really strong bass.
It was nice when I got it, but now I turn the bass down and use them like regular headphones.
The only thing I would like to vibrate is a gamepad. You can get vibrating flight sticks, I think it would be detrimental to playing at a good level, a distraction. Vibrating steering wheel - maybe but I would rather just have good force feedback, it could work in a cheap wheel to give a force feedback style "effect", again I would disable this when playing competetively.
Vibration is only any good for single player immersion with a gamepad, definetely not in a mouse or keyboard, the concept of a vibrating keyboard stuns me.
