Post a video of the vibration noise. It could be a vibration noise caused by card and case. I have a Msi 290 with twin frozer cooler like the 780 in the first link has and in the bottom pci-e slot it can make a resonating noise were it does not on the first pci-e slot.

The middle fan on mine developed a *clacking* noise soon after i bought it.

I took the fan apart, removed the sleeve bearing and replaced it with a new one from an AMD CPU fan i had kicking around, fixed, job done! Meh... :)

First time in many GPU's owned that i have had one rattle, it happens.

Figure out what exactly the problem is, RMA it if there is something wrong, or if your confident enough fix it yourself.
