Got a vibration at 70mph so took the ST to get the balance checked as I thought a weight had come off.

The guys balanced it and said they did an alignment check too and it did feel much better but not perfect like it had been after I got the new tyres put on at Revolution in Newcastle.

Fast forward two weeks and the vibration is back, took back to local tyre place and the guy said its a deformation in the drivers front tyre and can't be balanced out

Could somewhere else rebalance it out?
or
Get some new tyres if the fronts are deformed?

If I do get some new tyres should I stick with the Falken FK452 or go back to the OEM Continental Sport Contact?

It must be quite a small deformation for it to only start to effect wheel balance at 70. You could try a few burn outs, but your likely to glaze or rubber your other tyre(s).

Normally you'll feel it in a tyre from 15-20mph+.

Take it somewhere else, if they also confirm that it is deformed change it.

Some tyre guys, while total monkeys, others are actually quite good at quickly determining flaws in rubber.
