in core temp its saying 1.3361v , is this the vcore voltage? my 3570k is at 4.2 , to get this i didnt have to mess with any voltages, but i wanted to try 4.4 or 4.5 , what should i do with the vcore? leave it on auto or enter a voltage manualy?

I got 4.4GHz on 1.2v. Your voltage is considered "OK" but it can be lower.

You could double check it in a program such as CPUZ

I believe that I am correct in saying that the vid voltage is not the actual voltage your running rather a calculation as the minimum(?) that your chip needs to run at the speed it is running.
The actual voltage the chip is running does not show on Core Temp BUT ,again as I understand it cpuz does.
Currently got 'em both running and Core shows a vid of 1.0057v whereas cpuz shows 0.968v - I believe the latter:)

folding at home pretty much 24/7 :D , its a good way for any body to stress a pc!

think i'll get 4.4 on the same volts as its on now?
