VID & Power fluctuation

Hello, Ive got some basic enough knowledge when it comes down to overclocking ect but I've got a few questions. Here are the specs and settings first though :

i2500 @ 4.5ghz
Asus P8P67 Intel P67 Pro

Rest of the rig is in the sig

Manually set in bios :

1.3V - CPU voltage
Phase Control - Extreme
PPL - 1.81250

Basically when idling core temp shows the VID @ 1.2310 > 1.3010 > 1.26610 and alternatives between them similarly with the power going in ranges from 7-10w while the cores are all under 6-8% load.

Basically.. is this normal or do i have a problem?!

Just ignore it, the VID is something physically programmed into the processor it's probably just a glitch with coretemp, I think my 3930K changes under coretemp as well I just ignore it.

The power will fluctuate depending on how much load is on the processor.
