VID vs VCORE and offset

Been playing about a bit more trying to make things as efficient as possible

My 3770k is turbo clocked to 4.3ghz and my offset voltage is neg 0.015, when running prime the vid in core temp shows 1.1959 the vcore in cpu-z shows 1.120. Am i right in thinking this means i can apply more neg offset in the bios?

got it down a bit further when running ibt currently cpuz shows 1.114, turbov evo is showing 1.060 cpu voltage which im guessing is the base. still running at 4.3ghz doesnt appear to have effected temps mush though still topping out at 61-67-66-60
