Vidahost Q's

Bought hosting, and transferred a domain from name.com, how long does this normally take its been since about thursday now, no go still.

also a domain i bought with the hosting doesnt work either yet, where can i configure these? im a bit new to Vidahost, and websites, been a while since i touched anything like this!

.com transfers can take a few days or get held up etc - fire an email over to [email protected]

I've only ever used .co.uk's with Vida and within about 12 hours of purchasing at Easily I can usually point them to Vida.

Check with Dom @ Vidahost - he'll sort you out if you're stuck.
