Video and Audio recording

Hello,

One of our teachers wants to be able to record their screen activity and then narrate over the top of it. Is there any decent, free software that people could recommend?

I've had a little look around myself but I'm not sure what's good and what's rubbish!

OBS as the above said.
Or, if got an AMD card installed, AMD's Relive.
Both simple to use.
