Video audio sync

So I converted a concert video for my ipod but the sound seems to be around 1/2second fast, does anyone know of any software to fix it, and how I would go about it, without re converting as it takes aaaages on my computer. I'm sorry if this in the wrong section btw

just redo it, and set the video frame to sync with the audio. what did you use to do it?

I used videora ipod converter. Strange this is I converted another vid before that and its in perfect sync the entire way through.
