Hi guys/gals

I received my LG Viewty on 3 today, at last! :D

This might be a simple/stupid question but going to ask it anyway.

I was just wondering if I wanted to make a video call does the other person need a 3g video phone?

Also, I have 90mins of video calls included in my contract, and wanted to know if the receiver would get charged for accepting video calls?

Thanks

Kalps

Yeah, the other person needs to 3G phone AND be in a 3G area with the service provisioned on the account.

Some networks like 3 this is already done but its not done automatically for others.

Like every other type of call, callers are not charged to receive video calls in the UK.

I'm with 3 on Mix and Match and decided to double-check prices:

http://www.three.co.uk/customer/linkdocument.omp?cid=1089021441077

The 'free' video minutes per month appear that they're only for 3-3 calls. They will charge per minute for other network calls.

Also, photo messages don't appear to be included in the mix and match, if that's the price plan you're on? They're charged 25p per message.

Yeh had a feeling the video minutes might be only 3 to 3.

Yeh bit annoying photo messages not included but did notice that when I signed up.
