Video Capture Card Reccomendation plz

I'm looking for a card that'll let me hook my tv box up to it (via composite or svc) and record straight to my hdd.

I don't need a card with its own tuner, or one thats capable of getting radio or any other signal - just purely video capture.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction of what to look at?

Look for something really good? >£120 then look at the Osprey 100 capture card
Or on the cheap a USB capture device would be good enough for <£20
