video capture from cctv

Hi

A high res cctv camera is connected to a dvd recorder via a bnc-->scart converter to record educational lectures. Audio is taken from the PA sound system. The video is then burned onto a disc and then put into a pc for editing.

If you wanted to take out the dvd recorder and replace with a pc so that you were capturing the video/audio directly onto the pc what capture card/device would you recommend?

I've got one of these and it'll do everything you want, High street sites sell them but a popular on-line aution site is cheaper.
