Video Capture Software?

hello,

am looking to teach a few people how to use some computer programs, i want to be able to make a video of me using the program in windows so i can just email them to show them what i have done.

what is the best software ( well best for a ok price if i have to pay )

Fraps and Camtasia are two pieces of software which should do the job for you. Both have trials available, but the Fraps one puts a big banner at the top of the video.

awesome and it's free, either tell it to make flash videos (swf), or tell it to encode to xvid if you know how to do that -pretty easy once you've been told once

otherwise the file sizes will be big


-or you could just use windows movie maker to comrpess the avi file after it's been made
