Hi there I have a GTX 465 and recently the card has has been under-performing quite dramatically. I get about 1/3rd the FPS I usually get.

It happened when I was playing CSS, I decided to join a different server and the started lagging pretty bad. But this happens in all other games too.

I have an Accelero cooler so load temp is about 60c. Also GPU load goes up to 100% still and everything else is still the same.

Is the card on its way out? Been wanting to upgrade to a 7850 anyway, but won't if my 465 is fine.

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers or updating them to the latest drivers as a test ? Also are you sure you have made sure while benchmarking the card is not getting too hot and throttling (May just need a good clean, I do see you state temps are good and 100% load too but worth checking again). I would run some benchmarks and compare the results with people with same sort of spec as your setup, I would also make sure your CPU is not causing a bottleneck some how by throttling too if getting too hot. Make sure your storage (ssd/hdd) are working at correct speeds too, maybe a storage driver problem or sytem driver (motherboard drivers) causing the problem.

CPU is a 2500k 4.6GHz, just checked load temp whilst in CSS and it didn't go above 60c (glorious nh-d14!).

Will try re-installing drivers tomorrow
