Video card recommendations

Hi,

My age old 7900GS (PCIE interface) has now died, so I need a replacement.

1. it needs to be a as cheap as possible.
2. preferably passively cooled or have a very quite fan on it.
3. I won't be playing any games with it.
4. I do watch a lot of movies on the PC, it needs to work well with HD contents.
5. power usage - as low as possible.

Can you knowledgeable gents recommend me a video card please.

PS. It shall be used with an Intel [email protected] and most of my PC is watercooled. The only fan in there is the PSU fan.

Take a look at the AMD 6400 / 6500's, nice selection of passives there.
